Project Structuring (Chapter II)

CA$1

Deconstructing Construction Law has been written for all participants in the construction industry, including owner/developers, public authorities, builders, trades, architects, engineers and other consultants. The topics covered by the publication take you from considering what type of project structures are available, the procurement of builders’ and designers’ services, the law of tendering, insurance products in use in the construction industry, the exposure and law surrounding liability of the various participants on projects, methods of resolving disputes between and amongst those parties and the use of experts to assist in that process. The topic of builders’ liens is not covered as it is a specific statutory topic and better dealt with in an individual publication on that topic.
